What are the different cleaning service types?

We offer three types of cleaning services:

  • Move-In/Out Clean: Complete cleaning for new residents or when moving out

Are your cleaners vetted and insured?

Yes! Every cleaner on our platform goes through a thorough background check and verification process. All cleaners are insured and bonded to protect both them and you. You can view each cleaner's profile and ratings from past customers before booking.

What's included in the price quote?

Our quotes are completely transparent and include:

  • Base cleaning cost based on home size and service type
  • All add-ons you select (oven, fridge, windows, etc.)
  • Cleaning supply fees (where applicable)
  • Applicable taxes
  • Service platform fee

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll work with the cleaner to make it right. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all cleanings.

How far in advance do I need to book?

You can book cleanings as soon as same-day availability exists in your area, or schedule weeks in advance. We recommend booking at least a few days ahead during peak times to ensure your preferred time slot is available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and digital payment methods. Your payment information is encrypted and secure. You'll receive a receipt and payment confirmation immediately after booking.

Do you provide cleaning supplies or should I provide them?

Our cleaners bring their own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you prefer us to use your specific products (for allergies or sensitivity reasons), just let us know during booking and we can arrange that.

Can I request a specific cleaner?

For recurring bookings, we assign a dedicated cleaner who becomes familiar with your home and preferences. For one-time bookings, we match you with the best available cleaner based on location, availability, and customer ratings. You can rate and review your cleaner after each service.

What areas do you service?

Neighborly Clean currently services most neighborhoods and suburban areas. You can check availability in your area by entering your zip code during the booking process. We're constantly expanding our service areas.
